Birizza Returns to Pizza Hut Sri Lanka

The Birizza returns to Pizza Hut Sri Lanka and is basically a calzone filled with biryani (an Indian mixed rice dish) that's only available during lunch time from 11 AM to 3 PM.

Pizza Hut's Birizza is touted as "new and improved" and comes in two varieties: Chicken and Veggie.

The Chicken Birizza features basmati rice and butter chicken masala wrapped in fresh dough and baked. It's served with gravy and onion sambal (sambal is a chili sauce or paste with Indonesian origins).

The Veggie Birizza consists of basmati rice, spicy veggie masala, and paneer, wrapped in fresh dough and baked. It also comes with gravy and onion sambal on the side.
