The Cheesecake Factory's Classic Basque Cheesecake is described by the company as "a very unique, crustless cheesecake with a burnt top and an ultra-creamy, custard-like center, and sweet caramelized notes" that comes topped with fresh blueberries, strawberries, and whipped cream.
Additionally, on the same day, The Cheesecake Factory will be donating $1 to Feeding America for every slice of cheesecake that is sold on July 30, 2022.
Finally, from July 31, 2022 through July 29, 2023, The Cheesecake Factory will donate 25 cents to Feeding America for every slice of Classic Basque Cheesecake sold.
