Enlightened Debuts Four New Light Ice Cream Pints Including Kookie Dough

"Better-for-you" frozen dessert maker Enlightened debuts four new pint flavors for their line of low-sugar, light ice cream.

The new flavors include:

- Kookie Dough - Blue-colored, vanilla-flavored ice cream with chocolate chip cookie dough chunks and chocolate sandwich cookie pieces.

- Chocolate P.B. Crunch - Chocolate ice cream with a peanut butter swirl and fudge-covered peanuts.

- Coffee Toffee - Coffee-flavored ice cream with with fudge-covered toffee pieces.

- Chocolate Caramel Pecan Crunch - Chocolate ice cream with roasted pecan pieces and a caramel swirl.

You can find the new Enlightened light ice cream flavors at select retailers across the country as well as on the Enlightened website.
