Wendy's new brioche bun comes packaged with the limited-time Bacon Portabella Melt... on Brioche. The bun promises buttery sweetness. The rest of the burger consists of a quarter-pound beef patty, sautéed portabella mushrooms in cheddar cheese sauce, thick-cut Applewood Smoked Bacon, and two slices of American cheese.

Baskin-Robbins' Flavor of the Month for December is new Peppermint Bark in the Dark.

The new flavor features crunchy peppermint bark mixed into chocolate ice cream along with peppermint candy and a white chocolate-flavored ribbon. Besides getting it by the scoop in a cup or cone, it's also available in a layered sundae, milkshake, or Cappuccino Blast.

News: Krispy Kreme - 2013 Holiday Donuts

Krispy Kreme is offering a trio of Holiday Donuts this year as well as a couple of holiday deals.

The Christmas selection is available through December 30, 2013 at participating Krispy Kreme US and Canada locations and includes the Snowman Donut, Holiday Sprinkles Donut, and Red Velvet Cake Donut.

Review: Subway - Gingerbread Cookie

Subway's Gingerbread Cookie is new and just here for the holidays (although past limited-time cookies like the Birthday Berry Cookie and Raspberry Cheesecake have made a habit of sticking around... at least, at select Subway stores).

I bought one for 60 cents but they can also be had at 3 for $1.25 (may vary).

Subway's $5 Featured Footlong returns this December, after a hiatus last month, with the Chipotle Chicken and Cheese.

The sub features a base of sliced, grilled chicken, a choice of melted cheese, and Chipotle Southwest Sauce plus you choice of veggies, bread, and condiments.

December is also Subway's Customer Appreciation Month and to celebrate, they're offering 6" Cold Cut Combo and Meatball Marinara Subs for a discounted $2 each.
