Similar to the new Dave's Hot 'N Juicy Cheeseburgers, the "W" features sweet red onions, hand-leafed lettuce, crinkle-cut pickles, and a buttered, toasted bun.
However, instead of a quarter pound patty, the "W" comes with two 2.25-ounce beef patties and two slices of American cheese as well as Wendy's zesty signature sauce (another blend of Thousand Island anyone?).
The "W" carries a recommended price of $2.99; the midpoint between Wendy's budget and premium burger offerings.
If you do the math, the "W" delivers slightly more beef than the more expensive 1/4 lb. Dave's Hot 'N Juicy Single (4.5 ounces to the Hot 'N Juicy's 4 ounces; before cooking anyway).

had this the other day. pretty good. I'd think it fairer at a lower price, but it isn't so bad for what you're getting, I suppose.
ReplyDeletetried this with the free coupons. tasty but at 3 bucks its way too much. oversized double stack with a big mac sauce.
ReplyDeleteTurn the W upside down and what do you get? A better tasting Big Mac! Now at Wendys!
ReplyDeleteI love this burger what the hell is in the sauce I always need extra:-)
ReplyDeleteMy son works at Wendy's. The W is being discontinued when the sauce for it runs out at all stores.
