IHOP's Pumpkin Spice Pancakes are made with pumpkin and seasonal spices (AKA pumpkin pie spices), finished with a dollop of whipped topping. They can be ordered in a stack of two or four pancakes.
Also here for fall 2021 are new, limited-time Caramel Apple a la Mode Pancakes. They're only available for dine-in orders and sees buttermilk pancakes with apple cinnamon compote, a caramel sauce drizzle, a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Additionally, $1 from every sale of the new pancakes goes to support local children’s charities.
