New CurderBurger at Culver's for One Day Only on October 15, 2021

Culver's makes an April Fools' Day joke a reality, at least for one day, with release of the new CurderBurger at Culver's restaurants across the US on Friday, October 15, 2021 to help celebrate National Cheese Curd Day.

Culver's CurderBurger features a Deluxe ButterBurger (a burger with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, red onion, and mayo) topped with a patty of fried cheese. The cheese patty (let's call it the "Curder") features a blend of yellow and white cheddar Cheese Curds covered in a shell of crispy, seasoned bread crumbs, which promises "a warm, buttery crunch and gooey cheddar in every bite."

The CurderBurger will be available on October 15, 2021, in very limited amounts, while supplies last.

While the Curder is only around for one day, Wisconsin Cheese Curds are a regular part of the Culver's menu as the chain's roots are in the cheese-producing state. It would not be surprising if they end up bringing back the CurderBurger someday.
