Corner Bakery's Blueberry Topped Pancakes sees four buttermilk pancakes topped with blueberry compote and whipped cream. Vanilla maple syrup is included on the side.

- Hazelnut Cold Brew - "Boldly-flavored" Cold brew sweetened with all-natural hazelnut syrup.
- New filled croissants - Made fresh daily, they include chocolate-filled topped with a drizzle of chocolate and powdered sugar, strawberry and cream cheese-filled topped with powdered sugar, and apple-filled with a crystallized sugar coating
- Wild Berry Trio - For a limited time, you can add the blended flavors of blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries with a choice of a fresh lemonade, Arnold Palmer, and iced tea.
- Chicken Rosa Pasta - A pasta dish inspired by their Chicken Pomodori Panini, it includes grilled chicken, parmesan, spinach, oven-roasted tomato, cavatappi pasta, pesto, tomato cream sauce, and toasted breadcrumbs.
The limited-time spring menu can be found at participating Corner Bakery cafes through June 2022.
