Bruegger's 2016 Winter Menu Features Smoked Brisket

Bruegger's Bagels is featuring slow-smoked brisket in two new sandwiches this winter: one for breakfast and one for lunch.

For breakfast, there's the Breakfast Brisket with slices of brisket, a fresh-cracked egg, Muenster cheese, pickled onions, and creamy horseradish sauce on a toasted Everything Bagel.

For lunch, there's the Twisted Brisket which includes brisket, bacon, Muenster cheese, and Dijonnaise sauce on buttery toasted jalapeno cornbread.

The bagel chain describes their brisket as spice-rubbed and smoked over hardwood for up to 16 hours.

Returning for a limited time this winter are French Toast coffee, Maple cream cheese, and the Egg Bagel.

Bruegger's 2016 winter menu is available through the beginning of April, while supplies last.
