Popeyes Now Offering Cajun-Style Turkeys for 2018 Holiday Season

Cajun-Style Turkeys make their annual return to Popeyes for the 2018 holiday season and are now available to pre-order for your holiday spread.

The turkeys range from about 10 to 14 pounds. They're marinated with a blend of Louisiana seasonings, slow-roasted, and then flash-fried for a crispy skin.

You can order them and schedule a time for pick up at a participating Popeyes restaurant (calling ahead to ask if they're offering it is your best bet). Some locations may have them ready for pick up immediately.

The Cajun turkeys are fully cooked but come frozen/semi-frozen and need to be heated before serving (instructions to do so are included). The price per turkey varies with location but should be around the $50 range (my local Popeyes is selling them for $50).

If you're wondering what the turkey tastes like or just want to see actual pictures of how it turns out, you can find my review of Popeyes Cajun Turkey here.

They're available through Thanksgiving but some Popeyes restaurants offer the Cajun turkeys through Christmas.
