Ben & Jerry's Launches "New" Pecan Resist Ice Cream

Ben & Jerry's introduces "new" Pecan Resist as their latest Limited Batch ice cream flavor. It's actually New York Super Fudge Chunk but with a social message.

Pecan Resist (and New York Super Fudge Chunk) features chocolate ice cream with white & dark fudge chunks, pecans, walnuts, and fudge-covered almonds.

Each pint reads: "Welcome to the resistance. Together, Pecan Resist! We honor & stand with women, immigrants, people of color, & the millions of activists and allies who are courageously resisting the President's attack on our values, humanity & environment. We celebrate the diversity of our glorious nation & raise our spoons in solidarity for all Americans. Take a stand & join those on the front lines at benjerry.com/pecanresist."

To addition to the message, the pint design features art by Favianna Rodriduez, a Bay Area artist and activist whose art covers such issues as war, immigration, globalization, and social movements.
