Pieology Kneads New Deep Dish Crust

Bringing the number of crust choices on the menu to six, Pieology introduces new Hand Crafted Deep Dish crust.

The new crust option is made fresh daily by hand-pressing dough into deep dish pans at the end of each day so that it can rise overnight. The resultant crust is thick and airy with a cheesy, crunchy, caramelized edge.

Deep Dish joins a Pieology crust selection that also includes: Artisan Thin, Artisan Thin Hearty Wheat, PieRise Thick, Cauliflower Crust, and Gluten-Free.
