Corner Bakery's 2018 Winter Menu Includes New BBLT & Egg Sandwich

Corner Bakery whips up a breakfast version of the classic BLT with the introduction of the new BBLT & Egg Sandwich as part of this year's seasonal winter menu.

The BBLT & Egg Sandwich consists of applewood-smoked bacon, scrambled eggs, tomato, and lettuce with cracked black pepper balsamic mayo on Mom's white toast.

Also featured for the 2018 winter are:

- Power Breakfast Egg Bowl - Scrambled eggs, farro, oven-roasted tomatoes, and a blend of baby kale, arugula, and spinach, topped with fresh mozzarella and a drizzle of pesto.

- Warm Bacon & Spinach Salad - Sliced chicken, applewood-smoked bacon, hard-boiled egg, diced tart apples, sliced red onion, and house-made croutons on a bed of baby spinach with warm bacon balsamic vinaigrette.

- Spicy Balsamic Pulled Pork Panini - Sauteed pulled pork shoulder tossed with warm bacon balsamic sauce and sweet caramelized onions served with Calabrian chili spread on grilled focaccia. A side of signature Calabrian chili ranch is included for dipping.

- Chicken Orzo Soup (returning menu item) - A warm blend of chicken, vegetables, and orzo pasta in a creamy broth with a hint of lemon.

- White Chocolate Mint Cold Brew - Cold brew coffee mixed with white chocolate sauce and mint syrup.

- Pistachio Cranberry Muffin - A muffin with chopped walnuts and dried cranberries topped with sugar. Available with or without icing.
