It cost me $1.49 for a bar.
The bar doesn't appear to have changed much since I tried it during one of Wendy's breakfast tests back in 2013. It's still basically a cookie and contains about the same amount of sugar as the chain's other cookies.
The Oatmeal Bar had a nice crust at the surface and was soft-baked within.

At the end of the day (er... start of the morning), Wendy's Fresh Baked Oatmeal Bar makes for some nice breakfast eating, especially if you want a cookie in the morning. With the varied textures of the different ingredients and the strong spiced flavor, I prefer it over their regular menu cookies.
