According to Subway, the Subway Oasis charging parks feature "charging canopies with multiple ports, picnic tables, Wi-Fi, restrooms, green space, and even playgrounds." While they have a multi-year plan to rollout Subway Oases, they will be testing smaller-format, fast EV charging stations at select new or newly-remodeled locations across the country starting this year.
Since electric vehicles take some time to charge, the idea here is to provide a convenient area for people to pass the time and, hopefully, eat some Subway sandwiches while they're at it.
