Baskin-Robbins' Strawberry Tres Leches Ice Cream is inspired by tres leches cake and features Tres Leches Ice Cream mixed with strawberry pieces, white cake chunks, and strawberry swirls.
The new Lava Colada is a mocktail-inspired beverage featuring the flavor of piña colada with the "fruity tang" of strawberry. During May 2025, Baskin-Robbins Rewards members can get a medium Lava Colada for $4.
With Mother's Day coming up, Baskin-Robbins has two Mother's Day-themed cakes for the occasion: The Perfect Peony Cake and the Strawberries 'n Cream Cake. The Perfect Peony Cake now features more vibrant peony designs and "elegant" icing rosettes, while the Strawberries ‘n Cream Cake comes topped with strawberries and is finished with a strawberry-whipped frosting. Both can be customized with your choice of cake and ice cream as well as a message. Throughout May, Baskin-Robbins Rewards members can redeem an offer good for $5 off a cake purchase of $35 or more.
