Potbelly Welcomes New Prime Rib Steak Sandwich and Key Lime Pie Cookie

Potbelly adds the new Prime Rib Steak Sandwich as a permanent mainstay of its menu. The fast-casual sandwich chain will also be launching a new Key Lime Pie Cookie as a limited-time dessert starting May 5, 2025.

Potbelly's Prime Rib Steak Sandwich is an oven-toasted sub featuring sliced prime rib steak, melted Swiss cheese, housemade caramelized onions, and savory roasted garlic aioli.

The Key Lime Pie Cookie is a fresh-baked cookie featuring the sweet and tart flavors of key lime pie. Potbelly also offers a selection of classic cookies, including Oatmeal Chocolate Chip, Chocolate Brownie, and Sugar Cookies.
