Sonic Reveals New Cheesy Garlic Pepperoni Bites and Offers Half-Price Shakes After 5PM

Sonic welcomes summer 2025 with the launch of new Cheesy Garlic Pepperoni Bites on May 27th. The new menu item is joined by the limited-time return of Watermelon and Lemonberry Slushes. Additionally, Sonic is offering a limited-time deal where you can get half off any shake ("any size, any flavor") after 5PM at participating locations nationwide.

Sonic's new Cheesy Garlic Pepperoni Bites feature a crispy-fried shell with a filling of melted mozzarella and provolone cheeses, pepperoni, and pizza sauce. The snackable bites are available in 3-, 5-, and 7-piece orders starting at $2.99.

The new Cheesy Garlic Pepperoni Bites are similar to a deep-fried version of Totino's pizza rolls but with a triangular shape.

Sonic's Watermelon Slush features sweet watermelon flavor mixed into a Sonic Slush, while the Lemonberry Slush consists of slushed ice mixed with strawberries and a squeeze of lemon.

The Watermelon Slush was last available in 2019, while the Lemonberry Slush made a previous appearance in 2020.
