Carl's Jr Introduces New, Late-Night "Build Your Own Bag" Deal

Carl's Jr. introduces the new "Build Your Own Bag" deal for $5.99 as a late-night promotion where you can build your meal by choosing from several options after 8PM at participating locations for a limited time through July 8, 2025.

When ordering in-person, the Carl's Jr. Build Your Own Bag includes:

• A choice of entree: a Single Cali Classic Burger or a Spicy Chicken Sandwich
• A choice of a side: small Natural Cut Fries or Onion Rings
• Four Chicken Stars (star-shaped chicken nuggets)

If you order through the Carl's Jr. My Rewards App, there are additional entree and side options, including:

My Rewards App entree choices for the BYOB deal include: a Single Cali Classic Burger, Spicy Chicken Sandwich, Single Cheeseburger, or Single Jalapeno Burger.

Side choices include: Natural Cut Fries, Onion Rings, Waffle Fries, Fried Zucchini, or Chocolate Cake.

In addition to the launch of the BYOB deal, Carl's Jr. also brings back the Sourdough Star for a limited time. The burger is available in a single- or double-patty version and features one (or two) charbroiled beef patties, melted American cheese, grilled onions, two bacon slices, lettuce, tomato, classic sauce, and mayo on toasted sourdough bread.
