Being that it was at the mall, I'm assuming there was a slight price premium, at $4.32 for a 16-ounce medium (I believe the normal price is around $3.50).
Blizzards are simply thick soft serve ice cream blended with your choice of a topping. My favorite of the two was the Oreos Blizzard. It tasted like cookies and cream ice cream but with the added benefit of crunchy instead of soggy Oreo cookies .
The Snickers Blizzard wasn't as good, a bit too sweet. Also, the Snicker bits were too frozen which made for very hard chewing and caramel sticking to my teeth.
16-ounces is a bit too much for me to eat, even with sharing with the sibs, I really should have just went with the 12-ounce small but I still think that is more than I want. I'm definitely looking forward to the mini size coming in August.

There is also a 3rd location (unless it's closed) off Oso Parkway - same area as Best Buy! Actually you have to pass the DQ to get to Best Buy!
And I also think the mini is a great idea!
Did you finish both of them?
