The new burger features a veggie patty made of black beans, brown rice, and beets. It's served with provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, and vegan mustard mayo on a Martin's potato roll. If can be made vegan if you forgo the cheese and substitute a gluten-free bun.
It's currently available to order exclusively on the chain's mobile app and only at the Midtown East, Upper East Side, and Astor Place locations in NYC; the West Hollywood and Glendale locations in LA, and the Domain location in Austin.
