Burger King Tries Chicken Strips Again with Launch of New Crispy Chicken Tenders

Chicken Strips find their way back on the Burger King menu with the launch of new Crispy Chicken Tenders as a permanent menu item.

The new tenders feature strips of white meat chicken coated in "home-style" seasoned breading. Following recent food trends, they contain no artificial flavors, colors or preservatives.

Burger King last offered chicken strips as part of a McDonald's-like menu overhaul back in 2012 and they lasted a number of years but eventually were discontinued along with the chain's wraps. With chicken strips making a comeback at rivals McDonald's and Wendy's, it was somewhat inevitable that Burger King would throw in as well.

The new Crispy Chicken Tenders are available in two-, three-, and four-piece orders. Suggested prices start at $2.49 for two pieces and $4.49 for four pieces. The 3-piece order of Crispy Chicken Tenders has been added to the selection for the two for $6 mix and match deal as well as the Two for $10 Meal Deal.
