The burger is otherwise fairly conventional with lettuce, tomato, mayo, ketchup, red onion, and pickles on a sesame seed bun.
Given the all-around heat of an oven, it could result in a juicier burger and would work particularly well with thick burger patties.
The concept looks like it could possibly work here in the US using the same ovens as they use for their Kentucky Grilled Chicken.
