If you get just the all-you-can-eat buttermilk pancakes, they start you off with a full stack of five buttermilk pancakes and then you can get refills of two buttermilk pancakes at a time until you've had your fill. For the combo, you get two pancakes and then unlimited refills of two-pancake servings.
The deal runs through February 24, 2019 at participating IHOP restaurants nationwide.
Both specials are only good for plain buttermilk pancakes.
