Bruegger's Bagels' 2019 Winter Menu Includes New Egg White Sandwich and Lox Sandwich

Bruegger's Bagels adds some new "better-for-you" options, including a new egg white sandwich and new smoked lox sandwich for their seasonal winter menu.

The new Skinny Bacon, Avocado & Tomato Egg White Sandwich features egg white, peppered bacon, avocado, tomato, and sun-dried tomato spread on a skinny Plain bagel. A second egg or egg white can be added for an additional charge.

The new Supernova Sandwich consists of smoked Nova lox (salmon), smashed avocado, tomato, cucumber, red onion, capers, and Onion & Chive cream cheese on a Sesame bagel.

Also new this winter are: a vegan cream cheese-style spread and skinny bagels.

Returning is French Toast Coffee for a limited time at select locations. It's meant to smell like buttered French toast and taste of cinnamon and maple syrup.

The Skinny Bacon, Avocado & Tomato Egg White Sandwich is available through the end of February, while the Supernova Sandwich can be hand through April.
