California Pizza Kitchen Partners with Grubhub to Offer Free Take and Bake Pizza with $15 Order

California Pizza Kitchen (CPK) partners with Grubhub to celebrate National Pizza Month (October) with free delivery and a free Take and Bake Pizza on all CPK orders made through Grubhub with a minimum purchase of $15.

The deal is good through the end of the month (October 31, 2019) at participating restaurants but is limited to one free pizza per Grubhub account, while supplies last.
