For the price, you get a pre-packed box of three Plain, two Sesame, two Honey Whole Wheat, two Cinnamon Raisin, two Blueberry, and two Asiago bagels (a total of 13 bagels). For $7, it doesn't the special doesn't come with Schmear but you can add two tubs of Schmear for $4.
Depending on the location, you may be able to customize the bagel selection to your liking.
The deal's a pretty good value as a half dozen bagels from Einstein Bros. in my area already costs $7.79.
