Haagen-Dazs Reveals New "Heaven" Light Ice Cream

Haagen-Dazs adds a new line of light ice cream to their portfolio that they've named, "Heaven." The new line promised the "same indulgence experience" as regular Haagen-Daz ice cream but with "the added satisfaction of fewer calories."

Compared to their regular ice cream, Heaven has one-third less calories (230 calories or less), one-fourth less sugar, and half the fat per serving due, in part, to being made with ultra-filtered milk. The light ice cream line also contains no artificial sweeteners and no GMO ingredients.

At launch, the Heaven line includes four flavors:

- Chocolate Sea Salt Caramel - Chocolate light ice cream swirled with a ribbon of sea salt caramel.

- Strawberry Waffle Cone - Strawberry light ice cream with strawberries and crunchy pieces of chocolate-covered waffle cone.

- Peanut Butter Chip - Vanilla light ice cream with a swirl of creamy peanut butter and chocolate chips.

- Cold Brew Espresso Chip - Coffee light ice cream with chocolate espresso chips.

You can find Haagen-Dazs Heaven light ice cream at retailers nationwide for a suggested price of $5.49 per 14-oz containers.
