The chain tests the brisket menu earlier this year and have now brought it to Nashville for further testing. Hardee's Smoked Brisket line-up includes:
- Smoked Brisket & Cheddar Angus Thickburger - A charbroiled 1/3-lb Angus beef patty served with sliced smoked brisket, smoked cheddar cheese, red onion, pickles, and BBQ sauce on a toasted potato bun. The burger has a suggested price tag of $5.99 (may vary).
- Smoked Brisket Biscuit - Sliced smoked brisket, smoked cheddar cheese, and a fried egg served on the chain's signature Made from Scratch Biscuit. The biscuit breakfast sandwich carries a suggested price of $3.99 (may vary).
- Smoked Brisket Breakfast Burrito - Sliced smoked brisket, smoked cheddar cheese, Hash Rounds, folded eggs, and shredded cheddar, wrapped up in a warm flour tortilla. The burrito goes for $4.49 (may vary).
