Perdue Chicken Handhelds feature soft-baked bread filled with a creamy blend of diced white-meat chicken and herbs (i.e. chicken salad).
They are a frozen, thaw-and-serve option that contains 6 grams of protein per handheld. Chicken Handhelds seem to look and function like Smuckers Uncrustables (but with chicken salad inside).
