A 9.75-oz package carries a suggested price of $3.99 but I received this courtesy of Keebler.
These are basically a more chocolaty version of Keebler's Chocolate Chip with M&M's Chips Deluxe cookies. You get a mild, pleasant chocolaty note over the just slightly caramelly taste of the regular version in the cookie portion itself.
The cookies are fairly light and crispy. They're relatively small but thick and crumbly.
There are 2 to 4 M&M's candies per cookie and they add that thin, crispy cracking from the candy shell paired with a smooth milk chocolate texture as well as a stronger milk chocolate flavor that complements the chocolate notes of the cookie well. The milk chocolate chips sit somewhere between the cookie and M&M's in terms of chocolate flavor. They're pretty small and add that melty chocolate quality where encountered.
Overall, Keebler Double Chocolate Chip with M&M's Chips Deluxe cookies turned out quite well as far as packaged cookies go. There's a nice variety of textures and decent levels of milk chocolate flavor that can be quite addicting.
