Chipotle Introduces New Pollo Asado

Chipotle introduces new Pollo Asado as a second chicken protein option for a limited time at participating locations across the US and Canada.

The chain-wide launch follows a successful test late last year.

Chipotle's new Pollo Asado features chicken tossed with a dry blend of cumin, guajillo peppers, and coriander, seared on the grill, chopped, and then tossed with garlic, chili peppers, fresh-squeezed lime, and chopped cilantro. Prices for the new chicken offering vary but an entree with it goes for $9.45 in my area (compared to $8.60 for their regular chicken and $9.95 for steak)

As a promotion for new Pollo Asado, Chipotle will be offering $0 delivery fees on all Pollo Asado orders placed through the Chipotle app or website from March 14 through March 20, 2022 in the US (March 13 through March 20, 2022 in Canada).
