Also new this spring are Ube Coconut Swirl ice cream and Non-Dairy Mint Chocochunk frozen dessert.
Baskin-Robbins' Ube Coconut Swirl features Ube- and coconut-flavored ice creams with an ube-flavored swirl. Ube is another name for purple yam. It is popular in Filipino cuisine.
Non-Dairy Mint Chocochunk consists of mint-flavored frozen dessert (coconut milk-based) with chocolate chunks and a fudge swirl.
Baskin-Robbins also offers a number of Easter-themed ice cream cakes for a limited time, including the Hopscotch the Bunny Cake, Bunny Face Cake, Bunny Stripe Cake, Fluffy Bunny Cake, and Speckled Egg Cake.
