The Granitas feature fine, lightly-sweetened shaved ice topped with various drinks. They're available in three flavors: Caramel Espresso, Teavana Youthberry White Tea, and Strawberry Lemon Limeade.
- The Caramel Espresso Granita features lightly-sweetened shaved ice topped with shots of espresso and a drizzle of caramel.
- The Teavana Youthberry White Tea Granita consists of lemonade-flavored shaved ice topped with Teavana Youthberry White tea (a blend of white tea, tropical pineapple, fruity acai, and hibiscus).
- The Strawberry Lemon Limeade Granita includes lemonade-flavored shaved ice with strawberry slices, topped with house-made limeade.
Starbucks Trifles come in two varieties, Chocolate Brownie and Strawberry Shortcake, that take existing desserts from their breakfast display and puts them in a cup along with whipped cream and a sauce drizzle.
- The Strawberry Shortcake Trifle consists of Petite Vanilla Bean Scones layered with whipped cream and a strawberry sauce drizzle.
The Sunset Menu can be found after 3 PM at participating locations in the US and Canada throughout the summer.
