The hotline is only available on Monday, May 30, 2016, from noon to 9 PM EST and can be reached at 1-844-RR-YUMMM. On the other end of the line, you'll be speaking to a Red Robin "burger master" who can help you out with any burger-grilling issues.
Apparently, Red Robin is not the only casual dining chain with this idea. Longhorn Steakhouse will also be offering a grill-help hotline. They're calling it the "Grill Us" hotline and it opens Monday, May 30, 2016, from 11 AM to 5 PM EST. You can also text them questions all summer long at 55702.
