KFC Discounts Famous Bowl to $3; Adds New Spicy Version

For a limited time at participating locations, KFC is offering their KFC Famous Bowls for $3 each. They've also added a new spicy option for the same price.

The KFC Famous Bowl is about a pound of food that consists of a bed of mashed potatoes topped with corn, crispy-fried chicken, gravy, and shredded cheese.

The new Spicy Bowl features the same but drizzles on some heat in the form of Nashville Hot sauce (the same sauce as is used for their Nashville Hot Chicken).

The Famous Bowl normally goes for $5 or so in my area. It's been a while since they've discounted the bowls (the last time was 2014 by my count).
