Chipotle's New Chipotlane Digital Kitchen Restaurant Only Accepts Digital Orders

Chipotle is set to open their first Chipotlane Digital Kitchen restaurant at the tail end of this month in Cuyahoga Fall, Ohio. The new, prototype Digital Kitchen's key difference from the chain's other locations in that it only accepts digital orders (through the Chipotle website or app).

The Chipotlane Digital Kitchen offers both a walk-up window and a drive-thru but you can't order at either of them. Instead, you need to place your order ahead of time and can pick it up at the drive-thru or walk-up window, which basically means no more waiting in line while someone mulls over their order. Third-party delivery drivers can also pick up orders at either window.

The Digital Kitchen is smaller than a traditional Chipotlane (that's what Chipotle calls one of their restaurants with a digital-order-online drive-thru). It doesn't have a dining room but does offer outdoor patio seating in case you want to eat your food right there and then.

The new Chipotlane Digital Kitchen is located at 994 Graham Road in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio (and is not yet open at the time of this writing according to their website).
