The donut chain cites chocolate's place as a top "crave flavor" for people trying to keep their New Year's resolutions in releasing the new mini donuts (the idea being that having a mini indulgence might help keep you on track from over-indulging).
Krispy Kreme's Chocolate Glazed mini donuts come in the following varieties:
- Mini Chocolate Glazed Cake Batter Donut - A mini Chocolate Glazed donut dipped in chocolate icing, topped with rainbow confetti and a dollop of cake batter Kreme.
- Mini Chocolate Glazed Cookies & Kreme Donut - A mini Chocolate Glazed donut topped with Cookie and Kreme filling and a sprinkle of cookie crumbles.
- Mini Chocolate Glazed Peanut Butter Donut - A mini Chocolate Glazed donut drizzled with peanut butter sauce and topped with a dollop of peanut butter Kreme.
- Mini Chocolate Glazed Donut - A mini yeast donut covered in chocolate glaze.
As a promotion for the new Chocolate Glazed Minis, Krispy Kreme is offering a box of four Minis for $4 on Friday, January 14, 2022 and a box of 16 Chocolate Glazed Minis or Original Glazed Minis for $7.99 on Friday, January 21, 2022 and again on Friday, January 28, 2022. They're calling the deals, "Flavor Fridays."
You can find the new donuts now for a limited time at participating Krispy Kreme shops across the US.
