Pei Wei's Bourbon Chicken features grilled and chopped chicken wok-tossed in a sweet and savory Bourbon sauce (made with Cajun seasonings) and served over steamed rice.
Pei Wei is also celebrating the Lunar New Year throughout the month on Tuesdays in a promotion that they've dubbed, "Tiger Tuesday". On Tiger Tuesdays in February, you can get a Chicken, Pork, or Spring Roll for $0.99 each with the purchase of an entree.
