McDonald's Salted Butter Caramel Frappe features "a base of caramel paste, rock salt from Lorraine, and fermented butter" blended into a frappe and topped with whipped cream, caramel sauce, peanuts, and a Vanilla Macaron (you can also get it without the macaron).
But that's not all, the chain's Japanese branch is also offering the Godiva Chocolate Frappe topped with a Chocolate Macaron as well as the White Chocolate Mocha for a limited time. The frappe is made with Belgian chocolate and comes topped with whipped cream, chocolate sauce, and chocolate shavings, while the White Chocolate Mocha features a latte mixed with white chocolate syrup and topped with whipped cream and white chocolate shavings.
