Pieology Revamps with New Dough and Upgraded Toppings

Pieology revamps their pizza with the introduction of new dough and upgraded toppings as well as new menu items, including the Mushroom Truffle Pizza, Calabrese Pizza made with Mike's Hot Honey, Garlic Cheese Bread, and Chocolate Chip Cinnasticks.

Pieology's new dough is rolled and hand-stretched to order. The resulting crust is meant to be "better tasting, lighter," and "crispier."

The Mushroom Truffle Pizza comes topped with olive oil, creamy Alfredo sauce, new premium Italian mozzarella, romano, and roasted mushrooms. It's finished with Truffle Zest after baking.

The Calabrese Pizza made with Mike's Hot Honey comes topped with olive oil, house-made red sauce, premium Italian mozzarella, romano, pepperoni, sausage, and jalapeno. After baking, it gets a drizzle of Mike’s Hot Honey.

Pieology's Garlic Cheese Bread features hand-folded dough, garlic herb butter, mozzarella, and romano. It comes with a side of red sauce for dipping.

Chocolate Chip Cinnasticks consists of House-Made Original thin crust topped with cinnamon-sugar, sweet cream sauce, and Ghirardelli chocolate chips.
