Chipotle Unveils New Adobo Ranch

Chipotle welcomes new Adobo Ranch starting Tuesday, June 17, 2025, in the US and Canada. The new sauce is the fast-casual chain's first new dip in five years following the launch of Queso Blanco in 2020.

The new dipping sauce is made fresh at each Chipotle location and features a smoky, spicy ranch that includes adobo pepper, sour cream, and a blend of herbs and spices.

As a promotion for the new product launch, Chipotle Rewards members can get a free side of Adobo Ranch with the purchase of one regular-priced entree on June 17th.
