With one topping pizzas, I almost, always go for pepperoni and didn't deviate on this occasion. Pizza Hut's Thin 'N Crispy Pizza crust is almost cracker-like in consistency. The Sister hates it with a passion for being too cracker-like. I like it just fine and prefer it over their Pan Pizza and Hand Tossed.
I like that it's very crisp. Between Domino's and Pizza Hut, Pizza Hut is more crispy, less pizza-like, and cut into normal slices. Whatever happened to stretchy mozzarella cheese though? I can't remember the last time I had a gooey, stretchy, cheesy pizza. I miss it.
I prefer it over the other two crust styles because: I think that Pizza Hut's Pan Pizza is too greasy, like fried bread; and the Hand Tossed is too bready and a poor imitation of traditional pizzeria dough. Thin 'N Crispy is more novel and therefore, just a bit more interesting to me.

I hate Pizza Hut. If I were to list the ten worst slices of pizza I have ever had, nine of them would be from Pizza Hut. I just don't get the appeal of their weak dough and flavorless, greasy cheese. However... their thin crust is by FAR my favorite of their pizzas. It's the only one I find somewhat tolerable.
ReplyDeleteHaha, my sister would totally agree with you. The Sister-in-law, inexplicably, loves the fried pizza dough.
ReplyDeleteeating off the floor again huh? dude thats nasty!!
ReplyDeleteIf you enjoy real cheese on pizza, stop ordering from gross places like pizza hut and dominos. Come on.
