This one sounded interesting enough but ended up containing too much sauce. The sauce was slightly sweet and very vinegary; way too vinegary for me with the amount of sauce they put in. I tried to drain some out but it was still pretty strong.
Other than that everything else was fine. The tomatoes weren't that tomato-y and the asparagus lacked much of its distinctive flavor but that might have been due to the sauce. The potatoes and chicken were tender enough.
I would have liked this entrée better if there was no sauce at all and I just sprinkled some salt and pepper on it.
