It's normally about $4.00 for a 1-pound jar unless you find it on sale.
I've never been able to figure out why they're called "dry roasted" peanuts because what comes to mind as the opposite of that would be "wet roasted" peanuts which doesn't make any sense to me at all.
These are pretty spicy with a various seasonings to give it a bit of flavor more commonly found in a bowl of chili. The Sister did not care for these at all but I like them. I like the spicy kick and the chili flavor. If you can deal with the heat, I think you'll find Planters Five Alarm Chili Dry Roasted Peanuts pretty interesting and tasty.

I had heart burn, choking and loss of breathing for at-least two to three minuets. Instructions on bottle says do not give to 6 years and younger. I usually eat more spicy then this peanuts. There is an ingredient in peanuts which is very dangerous to your heart and lung. This should be off the selves from retail stores. I guess, they will wait until more consumer complain.
