Einstein Bros. looks to chocolate and hazelnuts for the 2016 holiday season, which sees them offering a trio of chocolate and/or hazelnut desserts including:

- Chocolate Hazelnut Cookies
- Chocolate Hazelnut Pastries
- Chocolate Truffle Twist n' Dip Bagels with your choice of two sweet shmears (choices include vanilla & cheesecake and Nutella).

The chain also continues to serve two limited-time sandwiches from late summer: The Farmhouse and Chorizo Sunrise.
