They're calling the gold topping "#WingBling" and it's a shiny gold-colored tasteless sugar that can be "dusted" any wings after cooking and saucing.
Starting tomorrow, February 9, 2018 and running through the rest of the month, while supplies last, you can request the new topping by asking something along the lines of "Can I have some bling on my wings?" Apparently, even "Bling my Wings!" will suffice.
WingBling is only available when dining-in (Maybe the sugar will melt in the transit time for to-go orders?).
