Chili's New Boss Burger Features Brisket, Ribs, Sausage, and Bacon

Chili's piles the meat high on their new Boss Burger which features smoked brisket, pulled rib meat, jalapeno-cheddar smoked sausage, and bacon atop a half-pound beef patty.

The new burger measures almost a half-foot high and also lettuce, tomato, House BBQ sauce, and house-made ranch dressing. According to the chain, that's 1650 calories-worth of food.

The Boss Burger doesn't arrive alone either. It's joined by the new Chili's Chili Burger and Alex's Santa Fe Burger.

Chili's Chili Burger is a nod towards a burger by the same name that was introduced in 1975 and was eventually discontinued. The new version features chili made from the original 1975 recipe along with shredded American and cheddar cheeses, sauteed onions, and seasoned tortilla strips on a half-pound burger patty.

Alex's Santa Fe Burger was developed by a Chili's chef named "Alex," and includes a half-pound beef patty, pepper jack cheese, avocado, roasted jalapenos, cilantro, pickles, red onion, tomato, and spicy Santa Fe sauce.
