The new noodle option is spiralized at each location daily and can be found featured in two dishes:
- New Zucchini Romesco - Zucchini noodles in a roasted red pepper sauce made with almonds, sun-dried tomatoes, and garden vegetables.
- Zucchini Thai Green Curry with Shrimp - Zucchini noodles in a sweet coconut green curry sauce along with pineapple, broccoli, red onion, snap peas, lime, black sesame seeds, and cilantro.
Zucchini noodles are gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian with 90 percent less calories and carbs compared to the chain's elbow noodles.
To push the new product, Noodles & Company is offering a taste guarantee where if you order a bowl of zucchini noodles and don't like it, you can get a regular noodle dish as a replacement for no added charge.
Prices for the bowls start at $5.75 for a small and $7.25 for a regular. Zucchini noodles (or "zoodles") can also be substituted in place of noodles in any dish for an extra 75 cents.
