The German Twister features two types of potatoes, mustard, and pork sausage, which are joined by lettuce and sweet & sour pickle sauce in a flour tortilla.
The potatoes appear to be diced and part of potato salad (which is thought to have originated from Germany).
The limited-time menu item is being sold for 380 yen (~$3.45 US) each.
